  1. By registering for or attending the symposium, participants must agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Registration is required to attend the symposium.
  3. Participants must provide accurate informations during registration.
  4. Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid by the specified deadline.
  5. Attendees must adhere to the schedule and participate in sessions as outlined.
  6. Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during the event.
  7. Refund policy:
    • Cancellations must be submitted before December 30th for a full refund (100%).
    • Cancellations that’s submitted until 2 weeks before January 16th will get a half refund (50%).
    • No refunds will be issued after this date.
  8. All materials presented at the symposium are the intellectual property of the presenters or organizers.
  9. Participants may not record or reproduce presentations without permission.
  10. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
  11. Violators may be removed from the symposium without a refund.
  12. Kindly protect your belongings throughout the event. The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the symposium.
  13. The organizers has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered participants.
